WHAT AREAS DO BUILDER DIRECT SERVICE?

Generally due to workload and travel time requirements, we service from Kawana Waters north to Noosa and inland West of these areas. However there could be exceptions and if you would like to contact us we can advise if we are able to help you.

HOW IS BUILDER DIRECT PATIOS DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?

We take a lot of pride in our work and build as if it is our own home. Where some patio companies say it can't be done, we will usually find a way. Every aspect is thought of while building and communication with the client while building leaves no costly surprises at the end. A good example of this is drawing an electrical plan to utilise while building.

CAN I BUILD A CARPORT IN THE FRONT YARD OF MY HOME

It is possible but unlike many years ago Sunshine Coast Council and Noosa Council depending on the shire will usually reject the application.

However the decision can be overturned by involving a third party tribunal. This would still need some requirements to be met, such as

Is there a precedence of other council approved front carports in your street close to your home?

Will the structure change the street appeal dramatically?

Is there foliage, trees etc. that will screen the structure from being fully seen from the street?
